What the quote form collects

What the page adds. The address and title of the page the form was sent from, a label saying which form was used, and a timing value marking when the page loaded, so a submission faster than a person can read is dropped as automated. None of it identifies you.
The hidden field. One field is invisible to people. Automated scripts fill it, and a submission with it filled is discarded.
Never asked for. Card numbers, bank details, government identification and health information.
Where a submission goes, and why
First stop: a Netlify serverless function. The form posts to a small program hosted by Netlify on this domain. It checks the hidden field and the timing value, rejects posts from other websites, forwards a clean submission, and keeps no database of its own.
Second stop: the GoHighLevel CRM. A clean submission goes to the CRM used by Vaughan Hood Cleaning Pros and its operating crew, Power Hoods Systems, where it becomes a contact record and triggers a notification to the person who writes quotes.
The purpose. The record exists so a written quote can come back within 24 hours and a booked visit can be scheduled. A crew member may call, text or email you for those two reasons and no other.
No sale of data. Contact records are not sold, rented, added to a marketing list or shared with an advertising network.
Where the servers sit. Netlify and GoHighLevel may store data outside Canada, which PIPEDA allows when the information is protected by contract.
Retention, access, correction and deletion

Server logs. The hosting provider and any content delivery network serving this site keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, page, time) for security and reliability. They are not used to profile visitors.
Children. This site is written for people who run commercial kitchens and is not directed at anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor sent the form can call and have the record removed.
