Sitemap

The Vaughan Hood Cleaning Pros Sitemap is a one-page index of the thirteen indexable pages on this website, grouped six ways: the homepage, the three service pages and their hub, the NFPA 96 guide, the customer and coverage pages, the company pages, and the legal and technical pages. Each entry carries one line saying what question that page answers, so a restaurant owner on Woodbridge Avenue or a facilities lead in Concord lands on the right page first time. The machine-readable versions, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, llms-full.txt and pricing.md, are listed at the bottom.

Home

The one page that covers the whole business in outline.

  • Home. The Vaughan overview, the five kinds of kitchen the crew serves, the seven steps of a visit, what to look for in a hood cleaning company, the published prices, and the quote form.

Services

The three things the crew does, and the hub that sorts a problem into the right one.

Technician hand wiping grease from the interior wall of an exhaust duct
A hand wipe along the inside wall of a duct. The kitchen exhaust cleaning page covers the duct run from the hood to the roof.
  • Services. A symptom-to-scope table that matches the problem in front of you to the page that answers it, plus a one-paragraph summary of each service.
  • Hood Cleaning Services. The canopy, baffle filters, the plenum, hood styles including the deep canopy over a wood-fired oven, and the cleaning interval by cooking type.
  • Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning. The horizontal run, the riser, access panels, hood-only against full-system scope, shared risers in a plaza or banquet hall, and the 0.078 inch limit along the whole path.
  • Exhaust Fan Repair and Installation. Belts, bearings, motors and curbs, repair against replace, hinge kits, rooftop grease containment, and fan installation on a new line.

Guides

The standard every visit is measured against.

  • NFPA 96 Fire Code. The standard itself, inspection frequency by cooking volume from monthly to annual, the Ontario Fire Code link, what Vaughan Fire and Rescue Service looks for, and what the certificate does and does not assert.

Customers and coverage

The kinds of kitchen inside the coverage line, and the coverage line itself.

Company

Who answers the phone and how to reach them.

  • About. How Vaughan Hood Cleaning Pros works, the documentation standard behind every visit, the operating crew, and the one number, one crew, one certificate promise.
  • Contact. The quote form, what to have ready when calling 289-217-9880, response times by phone and by form, and the after-hours and roof-key logistics.

Legal and technical

The conditions behind the work, and the files written for machines.

  • Privacy Policy. What the quote form collects, the function and the CRM it passes through, retention, and how to request access, correction or deletion.
  • Terms of Service. The free walk-through, what the written quote covers, what the certificate does and does not assert, site access, payment, cancellation and Ontario law.
  • Sitemap. This page.
  • sitemap.xml. Every indexable address in the format search engines read.
  • llms.txt. A plain-text summary of the business, its three services, its prices and its coverage, written for AI answer engines.
  • llms-full.txt. The full text of every indexable page in one plain-text file, for the same readers.
  • pricing.md. The published prices and what each one includes, as a plain-text file.

The four machine files repeat what the HTML pages say. The phone number, the two published prices and the coverage line are the same in every one of them, so a kitchen gets the same answer whether it reads this site in a browser, through a search engine, or through an AI assistant.

Using this index: frequently asked questions

How is vaughanhoodcleaningpros.ca organised?

Thirteen indexable pages in six groups, listed above. Each page carries one subject in enough depth to answer the question that brought you to it, and each links up to its hub, down to its detail, and across to the related page. A thank-you page appears only after the form is sent and is kept out of search results on purpose.

Where does the pricing live?

The two published figures, from $385 per visit for a single-hood kitchen up to ten feet and from $725 per visit for a multi-hood kitchen of two to four canopies, appear on the homepage and on each service page next to an explanation of what moves the number for that scope. The same figures sit in pricing.md as plain text. Larger systems are quoted on site after a free walk-through.

Where is the certificate explained?

The NFPA 96 Fire Code page explains what the signed certificate asserts and how it relates to the published standard. The terms of service state in plain terms what it is not: a certification of the company, an inspection by Vaughan Fire and Rescue Service, or a guarantee of passing one. The about page covers the photo and certificate standard behind every visit.

Which page should a kitchen call from?

Any page. 289-217-9880 appears in the closing band and the footer of every page on the site. The contact page adds the quote form and a short list of what to have ready, so a call placed from there tends to be the shortest one.

How are llms.txt and pricing.md used?

AI answer engines read plain text more reliably than page layouts. llms.txt gives them the business facts in one short file, llms-full.txt gives them every page in full, and pricing.md gives them the prices with their conditions attached. Keeping the three in step with the HTML pages means the same number, prices and coverage line show up wherever a kitchen looks.

The right page in one call

Describe the kitchen on the phone and the job is placed faster than reading thirteen pages. The line is answered by the crew that does the work.
